• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to registered and verified payment methods.
• Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. The deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in someone else's name are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

The following terms and conditions apply to bf33 bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome bonus: up to 200% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on your first deposit.
• Wagering requirement for bonus withdrawal: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games will be stated in the bonus offer.
• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts, the same device or the same IP address will be considered fraud.
• The VIP program is divided into four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%).
• bf33 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of bf33 will be considered final.

Betting and Gaming Rules

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical fault or server issue, the amount will be returned to the account.

Prohibited Activities

• Indirect or incidental financial loss resulting from use of the service.
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond bf33's control (force majeure).
• Security breaches occurring on the user's personal device or network.
